Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms are between you and Digital Dollars LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Maddock Studios ("we", "us"), which operates ForgeBlox. They add to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply. By sharing your referral link you agree to these terms; to receive cash payouts you must also accept them in your payout settings.

1. Who can take part

• Any ForgeBlox account in good standing can share a referral link. You must be 13 or older to use ForgeBlox.
• Credits payouts have no further age requirement.
• Cash payouts require that you are 18 or older, or that your parent or legal guardian owns the payout account, receives the payouts, and agrees to these terms on your behalf. You confirm this in your payout settings; we may ask for proof.
• We may need tax or identity information before paying cash (for example a W-9 or W-8BEN form), and may withhold payouts until we have it or where the law requires.
• We may decline or end anyone's participation, for example for a breach of these terms or the Terms of Service.

2. Referrals and attribution

• A referral is a person who clicks your link (forgeblox.app/?ref=yourcode, with or without a sub-id) and signs in to ForgeBlox with Roblox for the first time within 30 days of the click. The last referral link clicked before that first sign-in counts.
• Existing accounts are not reassigned. Accounts that already paired the Bridge or bought anything before clicking are not referrals.
• Tracking uses a first-party cookie. If a visitor blocks or clears cookies, or uses a different browser or device, the referral may not be recorded. We are not responsible for referrals that could not be tracked.

3. Commissions

• Commissions are a percentage of the amount a referral actually pays us, excluding taxes, for: every credit pack they buy; and their membership payments during their first 12 months of membership.
• You choose the payout type in your settings. It applies to commissions earned after you change it.
• Credits: 20% of the amount paid, as ForgeBlox credits (1 credit = $0.01 of ForgeBlox usage), added to your balance when the referral's payment succeeds. Credits have no cash value and follow the Terms of Service.
• Cash: 10% of the amount paid, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.
• People who first sign in through your link get 10% extra credits on their first credit pack. This bonus is ours to give and does not reduce your commission.
• Rates, the referral bonus, the 12-month window, the hold and the minimum may change. Changes apply to purchases made after we update this page; we will tell active affiliates first.

4. Holds, payouts and reversals

• Each cash commission is held for 30 days after the purchase (the refund window). After that it becomes payable.
• When your payable balance is at least $25, we pay it by hand to the payout email you set (for example via PayPal), in our next payout run. Balances under $25 carry over. We never ask for your password or card details to pay you.
• If a referred purchase is refunded, partially refunded or disputed (chargeback), the related commission is reversed in proportion. If it was already paid, the reversal is deducted from your future commissions, and your balance may show a negative amount until it is covered.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Payment provider fees on our side are ours; fees charged to you by your own provider are yours.
• If your account is banned or your participation ends for a breach, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Otherwise, a payable balance of $25 or more at the time participation ends will be paid.

5. Promotion rules

• Disclose it. Say clearly that it is your referral or affiliate link wherever you post it (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link"), as required by the FTC and similar laws and by platform rules.
• Be honest. Show what ForgeBlox actually built. Do not invent features, results, earnings or testimonials. Do not say ForgeBlox is made or endorsed by Roblox. Do not promise free Robux, free credits beyond the real offers, or guaranteed results.
• No self-referrals. Buying through your own link, using alt or fake accounts, or paying or rewarding people to sign up is not allowed.
• No spam. No unsolicited DMs or emails, no posting where promotion is forbidden (including Discord servers and DevForum categories that do not allow it), no comment spam, no bots.
• No brand bidding. Do not bid on "ForgeBlox", "Forge AI" or close variants in paid search or app-store ads, and do not register domains or social handles that include them.
• Mind the audience. Do not target content at children under 13, and follow Roblox's Community Standards and the rules of every platform you use.
• You may use the ForgeBlox name, screenshots and clips of your own builds to describe the product. Do not alter our logo or imply you speak for us.

6. Codes and tracking data

• You may choose a vanity code. We may reject or reassign codes that are misleading, offensive, impersonate someone, or use our or Roblox's brands. Old codes keep pointing to you unless we remove them for one of those reasons.
• We count clicks using a random first-party cookie and do not store visitors' IP addresses for affiliate tracking. Your dashboard shows referrals by masked username only.

7. Ending, changes and liability

• You may stop at any time by no longer sharing your link. We may end or change the program on notice. If we end the program, payable balances of $25 or more will be paid and pending commissions will be paid after their hold, unless reversed.
• Nothing here makes you our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense. You may not make commitments on our behalf.
• The limitations of liability, governing law and dispute-resolution sections of the Terms of Service apply to these terms.
